We are mini rex bunnies who are 1 year old. We have been together since we were babies, and we have had a rough life.
When we were babies, we were abandoned at a pet store. Then the people at the store decided to sell us as snake food! Yikes!
Luckily we were rescued and brought to a shelter. But we were scared (can you blame us?) so the humans paid attention to the more outgoing bunnies instead of us.
We really needed socialization with humans, so we went to a foster home. But things were very busy there, so we were moved to our current foster home for more individual attention.
And now we're doing great! Our foster mom spends time with us and is helping us feel more comfortable around humans. We've even started saying "Hi!" to her by bumping her with our noses. (Sometimes Hazel tugs on her pants too! Ha ha ha!)
So we're finally beginning to trust humans, which is a big step for us. And now that our foster mom is moving away we need to find a new "parent" who can love us and continue building our trust in humans. Could you be our new parent?
